Terms & Conditions

Link’d Up Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your membership with Link’d Up ("we", "us", "our"), a community-based business membership and networking group. By joining as a member, you ("you", "the member") agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Membership Commitment
  • Membership is a minimum 12-month commitment from the date of registration.
  • Your membership will automatically continue on a monthly basis after the 12-month period unless cancelled in writing with 30 days' notice.
     
2. Membership Fees & Payments
  • The standard membership fee is $50 AUD per month.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By joining, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Payments are automatically debited monthly from your nominated payment method on the date of your original sign-up.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are up to date and that sufficient funds are available.
     
3. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
  • If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a 7-day grace period to update your payment information.
  • Continued non-payment may result in your membership being suspended or cancelled, and access to member benefits revoked until outstanding payments are resolved.
     
4. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations cannot be made within the initial 12-month commitment.
  • After 12 months, you may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice via email to info@linkdupgrouup.com.au
  • Early termination within the 12-month period will result in the remaining balance becoming immediately payable.
     
5. Membership Inclusions
Your membership includes access to:
  • Monthly golf and networking events (additional event fees may apply)
  • Private member online facebok group/network
  • Access to retreats and special events (subject to availability and cost)
  • Listing in the Link’d Up Business Directory (launching soon)
  • Exclusive offers and partner discounts
     
6. Code of Conduct
  • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner at all events and within all member spaces (online and in-person).
  • Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of our values may result in membership termination without refund.
     
7. Changes to Terms
  • Link’d Up reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through your member portal.
     
8. Limitation of Liability
  • While we strive to provide a high-quality membership experience, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Link’d Up is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during events or as a result of using services offered by members or partners.
     
9. Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for member management and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  • Your information may be used to communicate event updates, offers, and community news.
